Shipping Policy

** STOCKED HYPE PURELY SHIPS TO THE UK, US/CANADA AND EUROPE, IF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS NOT IN THESE LOCATIONS, THE ORDER WILL BE CANCELED, AND REFUNDED. **

All shipping costs are based on shipping address given while in checkout. 

All products have a shipping cost, unless started in the description. All services do NOT have shipping. 

UK shipping:

If the order is placed before 8pm (GMT), the order will be shipped the next morning. Shipping time is on average 3-4 days depending on location. Flat rate for UK shipping is £5.

US/Canada shipping:

Once the order is placed, please contact us with your following information:

A courier service will then be booked and the item will be shipped ASAP from the given date from the courier service. Shipping time on average is 5-7 days (6-8 days for Canada), depending on location. Flat rate for the US is £25, flat rate for Canada is £30.

EU shipping:

If the order is placed before 8pm (GMT), the order will be shipped the next morning. Shipping time is on average 4-5 days depending on location. Flat rate for EU shipping is £15.

Service Delivery:

All services listed are delivered within 24 hours of purchase to the email address used during checkout, free of charge. 

Refunds:

All items purchased from the site are final, and NON-REFUNDABLE, however exchanges are possible if buyer pays for return shipping. The buyer will then receive a store credit where he/she can purchase a new item. The difference is simply added or subtracted from the credit if the new item is more or less than the original.
